Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Citizenship
Carolina Leadership Academy believes building a well-rounded student involves teaching real-life skills as well as general education content.
Students will be provided opportunities to volunteer in their community through Anderson Grove Baptist Church. Opportunities include:
- Blessed Backpacks (food supplies for local children)
- Adopt a Friend
- Senior Support
- Crisis Pregnancy Center
- Fall and Spring Festivals
Business and entrepreneurship pathways are provided to encourage students to build a philanthropic and financial stable future. Each student will have the opportunity to ideate on a commodity or goods that they would like to sell and will build a business plan, marketing plan, and sell products to the public.
Leadership opportunities are built into the classroom daily routines to allow students to build self-esteem and leadership skills while being encouraged and guided. Students are encouraged to take on leadership roles both in and out of school.
